BastaPura is the musical project of Claude Jacobs. “Basta” stands for “enough” and “Pura” for pure . For me this means an escape from my professional life as project manager and creating something from my soul translated in music without any boundaries nor restrictions.

In that respect it will be difficult to link BastaPura with one genre. One day it will be pop, rock and the other day it will be classical, soundtracks, EDM, dance with or without lyrics.

Most of the songs composed so far can be played and will be released as well in different versions. Depending on the style; you will go on a melodic often melancholic journey in which the drums and percussions might bring you in a trance, will give you energy or a dynamic vibe.
